Week 2: Eagles vs. Ravens

Last week the Eagles barely escaped Cleveland with a victory, and unless the Eagles were just playing down to their opponent, they will need to play much better against the Ravens if they want to have a chance to start the season 2-0. Last week, Vick didn’t play well, and even McCoy had an uncharacteristic turnover, and the Ravens style of play involves forcing turnovers, and making the opponent pay for it. With that being said, the Eagles need to take care of the ball, McCoy needs to get a lot of carries, and Vick can’t make foolish plays. Additionally, the defense will need to play well too, Ray Rice has the ability to dominate any defense on any given day, and the Ravens have assembled a quality group of receivers over the past few years which will keep the talented Eagles secondary busy all day.
